These associations are important for the balance in nature. Plants get benefits from animals in terms of mobility, pollination, and seed dispersal among others. Animals get the reward of nectar, food, and shelter. Due to urbanization, global warming, and other anthropogenic activities, we are losing these essential relationships and getting close to the end of the world. The book \u201cAnimal-Plant Interaction Vol. III\u201d brings attention to the subtle interactions between plants and animals. The book contains 4 chapters on the association of Ziziphus species with birds discussing the conservation strategies for birds, the necessity of plants for the conservation of the monitor lizard population, Aristida setacea and its association with minor faunal species, and interaction between wetland birds and Ficus species.
